About Little Chapters

Shortly before having our daughter, we moved from the largest city in New Zealand, to a small South Island town. As I began to prepare for her arrival, and in the months afterward, I quickly saw how limited the options were for baby clothes. They were either overpriced or so mass-produced that every child looked the same.
Babies wear their clothes for such a short time. I wanted something better: pieces made with care, built to last, and special enough to be handed down, or re-gifted to a friend.
In 2023, I started making small runs, ensuring quality craftsmanship and deliberately using stock fabrics that might otherwise go to waste. This is my way of pushing back against fast fashion; creating clothing that is thoughtful, durable, and kinder to the planet.
Each item is stitched with intention, ready for real life and real little humans.
