ORDER TRACKING
When we dispatch your order, we will send an email to you containing a courier tracking link. You can track the progress of your order by following the link in this email. If your tracking number is not recognised, please try again in a few hours, as the courier tracking systems can take a few hours to update.

RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase! If you receive a product that is not quite what you are after, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please note that in order to be accepted, returns must be unworn, with original tags and packaging attached. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and must ensure that items are sufficiently packaged to avoid damage in transit. Returns/exchanges will be processed within 2 working days once received, via the original payment method if a refund is required. Please email us before posting, so that we can look out for your return.

PRIVACY AND DATA
We care about your privacy—just like we care about high quality baby clothing. Little Chapters NZ adheres to the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, which means we’re committed to handling your personal information with care. When you shop with us or get in touch, we may collect things like your name, email address, shipping details, and payment info. We use this to process orders, stay in touch, and improve our little shop. Sometimes we share your info with trusted service providers (like couriers or payment platforms) who help us run things smoothly. Some are hosted overseas, but we make sure they treat your data with care. Our website uses cookies – not the edible kind – this will just make things easier for you—like remembering what’s in your cart.

We don’t sell your personal information. Ever. No renting, trading, or sneaky stuff. You can ask to see the personal info we hold about you, or request a correction if something’s not quite right—just email us at help@littlechaptersnz.com and we’ll sort it out. We might tweak this policy from time to time. The last time we did so was October 1 2025.
